My Services
In each session I employ varies techniques and create a personalized plan to address the unique needs of each individual. My training consists of Hot Stones, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilization, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki. If preferred, we can concentrate on one specific modality.
Each Therapeutic Massage is individualized to best meet the needs of my clients, with the overall aim of promoting deep relaxation, release, and relief.

Joint Mobilization
A clothes-on option of bodywork. Gentle Stretching. Aiding range of motion. Deeply relaxing and relieving. Similar to a Thai Massage.
