Each Therapeutic Massage is individualized to best meet the needs of my clients, with the overall aim of promoting deep relaxation, release, and relief.
In energy work sessions I utilize reiki, shiatsu, and reflexology to promote flow, balance, and openness in the energetic body.
A clothes-on option of bodywork. Deep gentle stretching. Aiding range of motion. Relaxing and relieving. Similar to a Thai Massage

About Me
I believe that everyone has a natural state of being that is vibrant and loving. Often, we can become disconnected with our natural state through living in a society that doesn't encourage self-connection. My wish is to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment that promotes deep relaxation, giving the body an opportunity to let go of any heavy baggage and return to equilibrium.
